Infobyte Technologies (Nig) Limited” Infobyte Technologies (Nig) Limited” is a sister company of two other companies,“Digitech Micro System (Nigeria) Limited and “ Airtouch Communication Limited, the three of which share the same ownership, management and staff. Digitech Micro System Limited, which was the first of the trio, was incorporated in 1992, when the use of computer technology was at a rudimentary stage in the country .
In 2002, the Board of Directors decided to incorporate a second company for effective in-house Software Developmement and application programme. In retrospect, we are satisfied that the modest progress so far made by our group is a result of our decision to incorporate “Infobyte Technologies Limited,” as this company serves as our Software Development engine room. It might interest end-users to know that all IBSuite progammes are web enabled, and so can run on the web either as intranet or internet.
The incorporation of our third company- Airtouch Communication Limited is to enable us manage our web based programmes for our clients by providing the required internet services ourselves, rather than the dependence on existing service providers.
We are delighted that our third company- Airtouch Communication Limited has been granted licence to operate as an Internet Service Provider(ISP).
